I. ANSI Standard Gate Valve Product Overview
ANSI-standard gate valves, models Z41H and Z41Y, are steel wedge-type gate valves available in pressure ratings from 150 (Lb) to 600 (Lb): featuring manual operation, flanged connections, and a rising stem design with a rigid single wedge. The valve seats are sealed with hard alloy material. These valves are designed for pressure classes ranging from 150 (Lb) to 600 (Lb), with body materials including carbon steel (Z41Y-150(Lb)~600(Lb)), chrome-molybdenum steel (Z41Y-300(Lb), Z41Y-400(Lb)), and stainless steel (Z41Y-150(Lb)P~600(Lb)P, Z41Y-150(Lb)R~600(Lb)R, Z41H-600(Lb)P, Z41H-600(Lb)R). Thanks to the selection of various materials, these ANSI gate valves can handle a wide range of media, including water, steam, oils, nitric acid, highly oxidizing substances, and even urea. Additionally, the valves come in manual, worm-gear actuated, and electrically operated versions.
