I. Main Applications of Z41 and Z40 Wedge Gate Valves

High-pressure and medium-pressure flanged gate valves are suitable for pipelines in various systems—such as petroleum, chemical, hydroelectric, and thermal power plants—operating at nominal pressures ranging from PN1.6 to 16.0 MPa and temperatures up to -29°C to 550°C, enabling the isolation or flow connection of process media.

1. Material selection research adheres to relevant domestic and international standards, ensuring the materials are of consistently high quality.

3. The sealing pair is advanced and well-designed, with the gate and valve seat sealing surfaces built up using Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy of varying hardnesses. This ensures reliable sealing, high hardness, excellent wear resistance, superior performance under high temperatures and corrosive conditions, as well as outstanding scratch resistance and extended service life.

4. The valve stem undergoes tempering and surface nitriding treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and wear resistance.

5. It features a wedge-type elastic gate design, with thrust bearings installed for medium to large-diameter valves, ensuring minimal friction. Additionally, it can be equipped with a manual impact mechanism, allowing for effortless and smooth operation during opening and closing.

6. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be used to meet diverse engineering needs and customer requirements.
