1. Material selection research adheres to relevant domestic and international standards, ensuring the materials are of consistently high quality.

3. The sealing pair is advanced and well-designed, with the gate and valve seat sealing surfaces built up using Stellite cobalt-based hard alloys of varying hardnesses. This ensures reliable sealing, high hardness, excellent wear resistance, superior performance under high temperatures and corrosive conditions, as well as outstanding scratch resistance and extended service life.

4. The valve stem undergoes tempering and surface nitriding treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and wear resistance.

5. Utilizing a wedge-type elastic gate structure, thrust bearings are installed for medium to large diameters, resulting in minimal friction. Additionally, the system can be equipped with impact-hand operation, ensuring smooth and effortless opening and closing.
