Check valve

Check valves in pipelines should not bear any weight—large check valves must be supported independently to ensure they remain unaffected by pressure generated within the piping system. During installation, make sure the flow direction of the medium aligns with the arrow indicated on the valve body. These valves are suitable for a wide range of media, including water, steam, oils, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing agents, urea, and more.

 

Precautions for Installing Check Valves

1. Do not allow the check valve to bear any weight within the pipeline; large-sized check valves should be supported independently to ensure they are unaffected by pressure generated by the piping system.

2. When installing, ensure the direction of media flow matches the arrow indicated on the valve body.

3. The lift-type vertical check valve should be installed on a vertical pipe.

4. The lift-type check valve should be installed on a horizontal pipeline.
